Here’s in Sweden we have an hour with Disney that we’ll see every Christmas, we can’t eat until we’ve seen it so that must be out favorite but it’s actually not a movie, if it need to be a movie I must say Tim Burton’s Nightmare before christmas LOL

Comment by Lime 12.04.08 @ 12:23 am

The old classic, A Christmas Carol! (Didn’t love the ghosts, but love the message :D)

Comment by LivE 12.04.08 @ 1:34 am

Hand’s down – “It’s a Wonderful Life” It’s not Christmas without it!

Comment by fl_connie 12.04.08 @ 2:12 am

It’s a Wonderful Life….Jimmy Stewart and Donna Reed. It’s a classic!

Comment by SusanG 12.04.08 @ 2:28 am

I don’t know if it really counts as a movie, but the one thing I love to watch around Christmas time is “A Charlie Brown Christmas”. If that doesn’t count as a movie then my next favorite is Tim Burton’s “A Nightmare Before Christmas”

Thanks for today’s gift!

Comment by Leilani 12.04.08 @ 3:43 am

Thanks for the goodies! Movies…I have to say it’s How the Grinch Stole Christmas!

Comment by Lesli 12.04.08 @ 3:51 am

I don’t know why – but they always play Sisi on decembre the 24th and i just love to watch it each year again!

Comment by Scrapness 12.04.08 @ 5:01 am

My family watched A Christmas Story every year together, so that movie brings back the fondest memories for me.

Comment by LynnZ 12.04.08 @ 5:08 am

My favorite Christmas movie has changed over the years, but I think for the past 5 or 6 years it’s been “A Christmas Story”, about the little boy who wants the BB gun for Christmas. It always makes me laugh.

Comment by Susan 12.04.08 @ 5:11 am

It’s a Wonderful Life

Comment by Anna 12.04.08 @ 5:32 am

Thank you, so pretty

Comment by Char 12.04.08 @ 5:38 am

Thanks so much for this wonderful freebie!!!

Comment by Sylvia 12.04.08 @ 5:58 am

It has to be Scrooged, with Bill Murry. I watch it every year, my Hubby has even bought me the DVD lol. It still makes me laugh and cry and want to be a better person next year.

Comment by Tracy Canham 12.04.08 @ 6:00 am

Any animated Christmas movie is a favourite. The kids, hubby & I always watch something Christmas morning or late evening! Christmas Day wouldn’t be the same without a Christmas movie to watch.

hugs
xoxo

Comment by Darlene Carroll 12.04.08 @ 6:05 am

Love it!! Thank you! :)

Comment by Pattycakes 12.04.08 @ 6:13 am

A family tradition, and still great laughs every year – A Christmas Vacation!
Thanks for the freebie Iara!

Comment by Tina Janelle 12.04.08 @ 6:14 am

Bells of St. Mary’s is my personal favorite, but I love the Santa Claus with Tim Allen also, and Elf, and Miracle on 34th street- Oh and shirley temple in Heidi- guess that is more than one huh?

Comment by Laurie W 12.04.08 @ 6:32 am

I love to see ‘How the Gringe stole christmas’ with my little one!

Comment by GreenfieldOriginal 12.04.08 @ 6:51 am

Elf. I adore that movie. I laugh EVERY TIME Buddy puts the star on the tree. Every time.

Comment by Stephanie 12.04.08 @ 6:51 am

Without a doubt it’s Chevy Chase and National Lampoon’s Christmas. Although a close second is Elf.

Comment by jaye 12.04.08 @ 6:56 am

I love “Love Actually”

Comment by djukaa 12.04.08 @ 7:02 am

Absolutely has to be “A Christmas Story” – the storytelling is just priceless!

Comment by Leslie 12.04.08 @ 7:20 am

‘White Christmas’ every time!

Comment by Jude 12.04.08 @ 7:28 am

I love “friends” (I am not sure about the title), a movie with Kenneth Branagh in the 80s, when the AIDS epidemia was starting to spread.

Comment by sandrine 12.04.08 @ 7:48 am

My favorite is Christmas Vacation with Chevy Chase. It isn’t Christmas until we have watched it! It’s time to get it out and watch it again!

Comment by Karen 12.04.08 @ 7:49 am

How The Grinch Stole Christmas – the cartoon one, NOT the Jim Carey one. My Dad has called me Grinch since I was little. I ruined a lot of Christmas plans by getting sick… chicken pox, strep throat, scarlet fever, etc,

Comment by Lynn 12.04.08 @ 7:56 am

For some reason, the last few years we’ve ended up watching Bridget Jones’ Diary on Christmas Day. I guess it is something about the reindeer sweaters and snow!

Comment by Debbie 12.04.08 @ 7:57 am

ohh that is a tough one….but I guess it would have to be How The Grinch Stole Christmas…I can usually get my mother to watch movies with me but this is the only one that I can get EVERYONE in the fam to watch!! :):)

Comment by Kristen 12.04.08 @ 8:15 am

I still love watching Home Alone. Love the naughty little boy :-)

Comment by SandraC 12.04.08 @ 8:19 am

Without a doubt it would have to be “A Christmas Story.” I’m old enough that it brings back very clear memories–especially sticking my tongue on frozen metal! Thank you for the Christmas Mini Kit and the button goodies.

Comment by Rochelle 12.04.08 @ 8:41 am

Christmas Vacation… the holiday can’t be kicked off without it!

Definitely “It’s a Wonderful Life”. It makes you realize what an impact we each can have on a multitude of lives. Makes me cry everytime!

Comment by Stacy 12.04.08 @ 9:15 am

It’s got to be ‘Elf’. My daughter, husband and I can’t wait to watch it each year and we’ll continue to watch it throughout the winter. There’s nothing like laughter to chase the winter blues away!

Comment by 2girlsandadog 12.04.08 @ 9:21 am

Absolutly It’s a Wonderful Life! We have to watch it every year at least once, usually more.

Comment by Lynn 12.04.08 @ 9:24 am

I don’t have a favorite Christmas movie.
But I’ll love to see all the TV specials.

Comment by OrianaVianey 12.04.08 @ 9:33 am

Christmas Story… one of our cable stations plays it back-to-back for 24 hours! Midnight Xmas eve to Midnight Xmas! If we are awake, it’s on!

Comment by michelle 12.04.08 @ 10:40 am

Hmmm, can I have a few? A Christmas Story, The Grinch who Stole Christmas, It’s A Wonderful Life and Christmas Vacation. I love them all. I really still like the old Claymation Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer too! And Frosty the Snowman, but I never really got into Frosty Returns or Santa Claus Is Coming To Town.

My favorite Christmas time movie is Heidi. It starred Shirley Temple and both me and my mother would sit and watch the movie and cry our eyes out, but it had a happy ending. Just one of the many wonderful memories I have of my Mother. Still missing her after 19 years.
