Quality Standards

It is our policy at Scrapbookgraphics to always provide our customers with the highest quality products. All of our graphics are well designed and lovingly created with meticulous attention to detail. To ensure this standard we have hand picked a small group of very talented and highly-skilled designers that represent some of the very best in this business.

All of our graphics are created at 300 ppi to ensure the highest print quality. Elements are created in .png file format and backgrounds will always be high quality .jpg. Both .png and .jpg file formats are compatible with PC and MAC platforms.

Scrapbookgraphics’ products are compatible with most image editing software packages used for scrapbooking today. Eg. Photoshop, Elements, Paintshop Pro, Digital Image Pro, Photo Impact, Creative Memories, & Picture It.

Shadowing

Since it is our objective to help you create layouts that are precise and realistic, most of our elements do not include drop shadows. This will allow our customer the flexibility to turn or place their elements by their own design, adding and adjusting the drop shadows cast from a consistent light source.

Grouped Elements

Some of our elements such as alpha sets often come grouped together in one file. This is done to save our customer the time in having to open up each file individually to spell out their word or phrase. In order to separate elements that have been grouped in one file, simply use a selection tool and select the area around the element you are choosing. In your menu, go to COPY and then EDIT and then placing the elements in your new layout document, you would COPY and PASTE.

CDs & CD Burning – Tangible Products

At this time, a CD burning service is not available. All of our products are digital and available by download. Nothing will be shipped to you.

Shopping Experience

Our site is certified for secure credit card transactions. Your purchase is protected by 128 bit secure SSL encryption.

We accept Paypal, as well as credit card transactions.

Scrapbookgraphics is a download shop. All of our products will be delivered via download. We do NOT ship anything. Immediately after your purchase is made you will be provided with a link to download your products. Your link will remain active for 10 days.

Please note that if you use the Paypal e-Check option, your order will remain pending until funds have cleared. This can take 7-10 days.

Since we are selling high-quality graphics, the file size of these kits can be quite substantial and frequently not suitable for dial-up users.

The files will download in a zipped format and you will require a program such as Winzip or StuffIt(for Mac) to unpack it.

Backups

Please be certain to make backups of your purchased files, so that in the event of computer problems resulting in data loss, your Scrapbookgraphics products will not be permanently deleted. We are not responsible for your data loss so be sure to remember to BACK UP!

At Scrapbookgraphics we will keep your order history for 30 days after purchase. In the event that you do lose data, as well as your backups, we will gladly reactivate your download if it is within the 30 day period. Requests to reset links after this time period has lapsed will result in an administration fee.

Designer’s Terms of Use

Each one of the designers at Scrapbookgraphics retains her own copyright for her designs and each designer has her own Terms of Use license. There is a Read Me file provided within each kit for each designer. Or, you can also review each designer’s terms which should be provided as a link on the top of her store header.

By purchasing and installing products from Scrapbookgraphics, you are agreeing that the product is the property of the designer and licensed to you as a single user for personal use. If you are interested in using any of these products for commercial use, you should contact the designer directly to gain permission and/or inquire abut any
additional licensing fees that may apply.
