My name is Iara Gomes-Baer and you will see me as baersgarten here and around the web.

I am Brazilian, married to a wonderful German guy! We live in Germany and have three kids, Maisa (Jul 05), Theo (Feb 07) and Anna Carolina (Aug 08). My mother language is Portuguese, my second language is German and I am a very bad speller in English!

I am former scientist - I have a PHD in Biomedical Sciences - actually staying at home with my kids and loving it!

I am a fellow paper scrapper, altered artist, digital scrapper and designer! I met scrapbook when I was pregnant with my daughter and since the
very begin I am designing papers/elements to use in my layouts and also incorporating digital elements to my paper layouts. I do also design cute mouse made graphics for website decoration since 5 years.

I am a perfeccionist and I love things that match and it reflects in my design work.

I am thrilled to be a Studio Girl and work together with such wonderful and talented ladies!
