Hi, my name is Lorie Davison and I love being a part of this wonderfully, creative art engine, SBG!

I live in the mountain community of Glendale, Idaho, with my bestfriend/husband Tim Hohs, our furball cowdog corgi/bluehealer Annie, and our very brave black and white spotted cat Pookee. You'll see them proudly posing in my LOs from time to time.

Tim and I are an out-of-doors family. Skiing, hiking, and tending our vegetable garden make us very happy. I like chocolate too. (Had to fit that in somewhere.) I'm an illustrator/designer and have used PS and Illustrator for over 5 years, in one way or another, for most of my projects. Photoshop is my friend - right up there with my crockpot and blender.

When I first took up digital scrapbooking, recording my little niece's adventures, I had no idea it would develop into this.

"Poetique Piquture, plucked for you pleasure"...are the words in my logo design: Cupid zooming around on a cherry carrying a cherry fruit just for you to enjoy. (My Cupid muse.) Lately I've developed an irresistible plucking urge, a good habit for creating scrapbook kits. It's the shape-color-texture-all-rolled-into-one appeal that makes me reach out and...pluck. Scrapping ideas are sometimes found on the ground while out for a walk or something from a scrap heap swivels my attention and whoosh I'm on it. Sometimes I feel like a crow "Ooh, what have we here another bright shiny object to take back to my scanner?" A couple of my friends have junk/antique stores and I go a plucking with my camera taking snaps of whatever causes my eye to go "Ooh!"

I had the pleasure of starting my scrap designing career for Tandika's DigiScrapDesigner. Now my work has found a wonderful home here at SBG! (Great place for creative mojo swirling around at all hours of the week!)

You can use my images for up to 250 sales, after that you will need a commercial license. All printed designs using my design work must be credited as above. Free for personal, non-commercial web design (no E-bay), credit must be provided on website. For professional web design write me at reddoodler@gmail.com. for a commercial license.

Commercial License

On a case by case basis I do sell commercial licenses for some of my kits.
If you are selling website designs, or selling digital templates, or have a site where people order from a group of already designed cards or products, you need a commercial license.

You May Not:

You may not create derivative art from my backgrounds, elements stamps, or brushes.

You may not use my backgrounds and elements to create a commercial website, incredimailMyspace, without a commercial license.
