Reality Scraps - Week Seven

Well, here we are at Week Seven. I'm a bit behind on my own pages, but planning on catching up this week as I am just loving these "in the moment" layouts.

For Week Seven, I want you to scrap how you FEEL right NOW!! An emotion, a concern, a joy or just something you need to get out there. My layout (see here) almost felt sort of cathartic for me. I've been really struggling with my scrapping lately....however, this one felt good. It's about my son turning five years old in a couple weeks. Five seems so old - such a big difference from just being FOUR years old. Anyway, I feel like he is just running and growing and becoming more independent and this picture I took last Friday really captured my thoughts.

TaaDaa again! I did it early again!! Donna is doing the happy dance! When I first read the challenge for this week, I was thinking about Florida and my very, very close friend who did live there, but who died a few months ago. I was also thinking about pink plastic flamingos, so I put them all together and came up with a LO about Nostalgia.
